Why they chose this property
Our family friendly property offers everything that a larger home offers, but at a more affordable price point! Spend your money on the many actives and adventures the Poconos have to offer - not on where you sleep! We have a great set up for multi-generational stays or multi-family gatherings. We offer a huge, private deck complete with a 5 person hot tub, easy on gas fire pit and grill! Your stay includes fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea and even smore fixings!
Our home offers a lot of fun if you do plan to stay in, too. We have a nostalgic Nintendo system that guests just LOVE! We provide board games, card games and puzzles. There are plenty of TV spaces for everyone to enjoy. Obviously the hot tub is always a hit and the warmth of the gas fire pit and globe lighting really complete the outdoor space.
In the summer months, your group can enjoy community pool access, tennis courts, and a playground! We're just 10 minutes to the Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run State Park and TONS of other Pocono adventures - not to mention some GREAT dining!
In the winter, you'll be staying right across the street from Big Boulder's entrance and 20 minutes to Jack Frost! Split Rock resort and indoor waterpark is just 5 minutes away for a quick day trip. Looking for bigger indoor fun? We're approx 25 minutes to all of the BIG water parks.
