Village area location with comfortable amenities of home. We are in the heart of a quaint island neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a rocking chair front porch. Relax and unwind, you are on Island time.

THE SPACE
Main level, enter into family room with Smart TV, which has a wet bar and opens to the dining room, which seats 6. Dining room is open to large kitchen with gas stove and stainless appliances. Off the kitchen dining area is a screened in back porch with additional dining for 6. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen.

Upstairs:
Guest bedroom, queen with adjoining combo tub/shower bathroom.
Guest bedroom, queen with hall combo tub/shower bathroom.
Hall, laundry room.
Primary bedroom with a king, adjoining bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Off the master is a screened porch.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Awesome House!!

This house was perfect for a group of friends looking for a quick getaway to the beach for an extended weekend. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was close to the shops and East Beach entrance. We loved it!

great place, not SO great location

We had a lovely time in this house. It was clean, well appointed, spacious and everything we could ask for. It felt a tad to describe it as close to the pier and restaurants but not say it backs up to the airport. Still, it was a great stay and it is conveniently located for eating, shopping and in our case a conference at Epworth by the Sea.

Great vacation house!

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked through the door we were impressed with the cleanliness and overall layout of the house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that this property does not have a pool or access to one. Fortunately, we rented a golf cart(a must!) and we're able to quickly get to the beach and all over! Thank you for opening your home to our family to make such wonderful memories!
