This functional and thoughtfully stocked home has everything you need for a great stay. Private, fenced yard is perfect to enjoy the hot tub, BBQ, and rocking chairs under the covered patio. Centrally located and easily accessible with its proximity to I-5, public transit, and light rail. Close to Fremont, Ballard, and Queen Anne.
A few notes about our rules, designed for your safety, respect for the neighborhood, and to preserve the value and condition of the home:
-Age minimum to book is 25 years old.
-Please read and follow all house and hot tub rules as posted in the house binder (note: hot tub and patio are are not for use during non-quiet hours: 10pm-8am).
-All guest profiles must be included on the reservation.
-Please do not wear shoes in the home and no eating/drinking in the beds.
-Notify the host immediately of any damage.
-We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, illegal substances, pets, and parties are not permitted.
-We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to, and only registered guests are allowed.
-If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.
-We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to required weekly gardener service & hot tub service, arranged by homeowner.
-Guest access is only allowed on the lower level of the property. Please do not go up the stairs located on the southwest corner (near the barbecue) of the patio.
-Generally, this home does not transfer sounds, as the ceiling is insulated with soundproof insulation and two layers of drywall, however there is a tenant above. So please be courteous and do not play loud music/television and keep voices at indoor levels (noise monitoring devices monitor noise levels, but do not record). Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please notify the host if there are any concerns.
-There is a fully refundable damage deposit that will be charged prior to check in and returned after check out provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
-Note: There are external security cameras for security reasons. We also have noise monitoring devices around the property that do not collect audio recordings but only monitor for sound levels to ensure we can remain in compliance with county obligations. If for any reason neighbors or security are involved in noise complaints, the guest is responsible. First warning $500 charge and the second disturbance is grounds for eviction.
