Centrally located with easy access to major hospitals and easily accessible to I-5, public transportation, and the light rail. Come work, play, and relax in this stylish and comfortable space. Newly remodeled, functional, and thoughtfully curated space and fully stocked with everything you need for a great stay.
• You must be 25 years of age to book.
• Parties and/or events are not allowed on the property.
• No illegal substances or smoking of any kind allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed. All guest profiles must be on the reservation.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds.
• Please follow all check out instructions.
• Parking is only allowed in the designated parking spots in tandem fashion. Detailed parking instructions are located in the house binder.
• Please do not wear shoes in the home.
• Please keep heaters clear and any items a minimum of three feet away
from the heaters while in use.
• Notify host immediately of any damage.
• There is a fully refundable damage deposit that will be charged prior to check in and returned after check out provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
• Please note this is a townhome with one shared wall. Generally, this home
does not transfer sounds, however there is a family next door, so please be
courteous and do not play loud music/television and keep voices at indoor
levels. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please notify me if there are any concerns.

NOT 5 Stars!

From the moment we arrived we were asked to leave a 5 star review, however: 1. Bulk box of toilet paper in living room - not 5 stars 2. Broken toilet seat - not 5 stars 3. Musty smelling towels that we had to wash to be able to use - not 5 stars 4. Permeating odour of vomit in living room - not 5 stars 5. Blood stains on the bedding - not 5 stars. 6. Being told every time the host communicated with us that she wanted 5 stars - not 5 stars. 5 star reviews must be earned not demanded.
