About this property
Casa Picasso in North Capitol Hill- Blue Period
Embrace the spirit of Spain`s iconic Pablo Picasso in this fully renovated 1900s Victorian duplex by Groovy Stays, inspired by Picasso’s Blue Period. Nestled in Seattle’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood, stroll to top bars, restaurants, and parks. Enjoy convenient access to light rail for city exploration. A short drive to downtown, Lake Union, and the U District. Work comfortably with a dedicated workspace, stay connected with fast WIFI. We`re pet-friendly! Maximum weight limit: 50 lbs. Up to 2 dogs allowed. $100 per pet.
Casa Picasso is a duplex, with The Blue Period (this listing) featuring 1 bed/1 bath on the 2nd level. The Rose Period is a separate 2 bed/1 bath unit on the downstairs level (can be booked separately). Both units are fully renovated with modern amenities, including heated bathroom floors, backlit LED mirrors, new appliances, and a private garden with a fire pit. Double ceilings in between to block noise. Enjoy TV, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, plates, bowls, cookware, and silverware.
The backyard and laundry room are shared between both units.`
Each unit has a separate entrance. Access to this unit is through the back of the house, and it has its own set of stairs.
Situated just east of downtown Seattle & described as the LGBTQ hub of the city, Capitol Hill boasts both metropolitan buzz and scenic, tree-lined streets. The restaurants, like the neighborhood itself, are eclectic, welcoming & global. Capitol Hill shops are the perfect place to buy locally-made crafts, art, jewelry, or that unique gift for a loved one that you just can`t find anywhere else. Local Volunteer Park provides a solid respite from the bustle of the city - stroll along the paths of one of Seattle`s most well-known parks, meander through the Seattle Asian Art Museum, or bask in the sight and floral aroma of the Volunteer Park Conservatory.
