Nice stay just a couple negatives

The property was nice and looks like it does in the picture. The properrty is for sale so we were bothered by realtors. When we walked in at 3:00 a.m after a delayed flt and tired a roach ran out. The only one we saw. There were some flying type gnats around that were annoying. I dont know if the bug thing is a Florida thing. The placce however was clean. The bed very comfortable. Honestly im not sure if i would stay here again or not.

Cute, private, everything a hotel room has but so much better! Quiet and clean, even has garage and very nice washer and dryer!

Great stay for Long Weekend

Area was nice. Driveway to back house was kept free at all tines. Air/Heat and Fans worked great. Bathroom and shower where just right. Nice yard, but did not use. Could have brought my Hammock. Bicycles available but did not use. Garage available but could not get Garage Door bolt undone. Drive way was sufficient. Near many stores for shopping. Drove to St. Johns Pass, went to Clearwater Aquarium, and to listen to music at JD's Pub and also New Years Party at VFW # 273 also near by. Would recommend for single person or couple and would stay there again if in area. Plenty to do within 30 minute drive.

Comfort at a Great Price

The check-in and check-out were very easy. The property looked just like the listing. I was disappointed that they did not offer wash cloths, but not a deal breaker. There was a loud party behind the property during our last night there, but that's not the property owner's fault. If you want a reasonable place to stay outside the crazy Clearwater Beach area, this is a great option.
