Sandpiper Studio is amazing! Everything you need and even a few things you didn't know you needed were provided. Host was responsive when needed. Definitely recommend this host and property. He left great information about local places, and attractions. Super clean place, relaxing environment; definitely felt safe. Even saw some local wildlife!

Great cozy getaway close to everything!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get away from it all for a week. The cozy little apartment was the perfect place to land each night after the beach, pier, and other attractions. We enjoyed the patio and hot tub, and all the details. Thanks for thinking of everything we'd need!

Awesome little getaway!!

Perfect little studio. Exactly as pictured. Has everything you need. The air fryer was super helpful for making some frozen appy snacks and breakfast. A bit of a drive to the beach, downtown Tampa and such but overall it was a nice location to Uber from.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was a quick bike ride to the beach which was ideal. The home was compact but really had everything we could need. The hosts provided lots of extra little amenities in case we forgot anything! Very clean and well-decorated. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks!

Weekend Get Away

The cute studio was just as described. Garden area was relaxing and hottub was on and ready for use when i arrived. Local restaurants were easy to walk to and also a Publix grocery across the street. Owners have everything you need supplied for your beach trip which was a short drive. Downtown St Pete was a quick drive. I will definitely be booking again!

They did a wonderful job converting this property from a garage to a cozy place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The neighborhood is safe and close to many conveniences. A very short drive over the bridge and you are either in Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks or in Clearwater…great location. My only suggestion is to provide covers for the outside furniture since it rains often. Other than that it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The location couldn’t be better and the place has everything you need!

I stayed for two months recovering from leg surgery so I couldn’t enjoy the hottub…but Sandpiper Studio while small is packed with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Restaurants and stores are just across the street for your convenience. It’s just a mile from the the beach and Stephen and Mary have bikes, beach mats, towels even coolers and the rolling beach cart to put it all in! The patio is beautiful in the evening with all the lights, fountain, big grill and the hottub changes colors as you relax and ease your pains away…I would highly recommend Sandpiper Studio for anyone looking for a vacation from all their troubles and get away!

Amazing getaway

It's always hard to judge a place by strategic pictures..but this place was honestly amazing. It is rustic but perfectly decorated and there is NOTHING that hasn't been provided. The smallest detail, whether kitchen gear, beach gear, etc. I needed to do some work while I was there and the wi-fi is the fastest I've experienced. What really made it for me is the private outside yard. I would sit in the sofa in front of the manufactured waterfall every evening. It is convenient to everything...including the beach. Steve and Mary were great to work with. Very responsive and really nice people. A phenomenal place.

Stay was amazing! Cleaned right before I showed up! Exactly what I needed for my 3 day stay, 10 min from Clearwater beach! Plus the house has little bit of everything, no need to bring towels, carts, chairs etc it’s already included which is a great plus, even included a shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser! I would say add brighter lighting & maybe another mirror outside of the restroom but the aesthetic was amazing either way! I wish it wasn’t so hot or id hop in the jacuzzi but i caught myself standing under the umbrella for a chill time, furniture was a tad dusty so I couldn’t sit! Everything was good, especially for a first timer to Florida like myself! Highly recommend, communication was great, thanks again!

I would stay here again

I recently stayed at this Cozy Studio and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect - just a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to Publix. Plenty of restaurants and takeout spots are in the area. The studio itself was clean and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were a thoughtful touch. My only suggestions for improvement would be to enhance the landscaping to give the exterior a bit more curb appeal, and to provide some guidance on how to dim the exit sign, which was quite bright and made it difficult to sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The proximity to the beach and amenities, combined with the cozy atmosphere and comfortable accommodations, made for a fantastic stay. Just be prepared for a small shower (no bathtub) and a bright exit sign - but these minor details didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the property. 4.5/5 stars! Ok. Maybe one more thing I would change is the checkout. When I stay away from home, I am there to relax the entire time. Charging guests a cleaning fee and then, telling them they have to clean when they checkout is not ethical or even remotely polite. Just let us stay. If you need to charge more for a faster better cleaning crew, do it!
