We vacationed in this area and fell in love with the Shanty Creek and Bellaire area and all its offerings! We purchased our N. Michigan vacation resort property because it can accommodate our large family with it's beautiful 2 bedroom, each with 2 queen beds (with an additional queen Murphy bed in the Living Room), 3 full bathrooms located within our 3-connected condo units. The location in Timber Ridge is situated in the heart of Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resorts, within walking distance of the Lakeview, the Shanty restaurant and pub, Sarducci's Creekside Italian restaurant, the Timberlane Shops, and the Lakeview pool. Enjoy playing golf or watching golfers play by on 1 of your 3 private decks, overlooking the 18th hole of the Arnold Palmer Legend Golf course. A full kitchen update just this past year includes new stainless-steel appliances, beautifully painted cabinetry, and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. New carpet throughout, all new mattresses with cooling gel, and new digital thermostats, so you can more efficiently your condo zones. Wood burning fireplace, an additional wall Murphy bed in the living room and lots of natural sunlight! Along with 5 public championship golf courses, two ski mountains, you can access the Beach Club on the east side of Lake Bellaire. with sandy lake shore, Club House, basketball courts, playground and much more! Our condo can be rented as three units in one! All three units have their own keyless entries to their front doors and each with its own private deck overlooking the 18th green of the Arnold Palmer designed Legend Golf course. The Legend Gold course is one of 5 our public championship golf courses located it the Summit Village, Shanty Creek Resort! When rented as one, you can sleep 12 comfortably in the 5 queen beds, and extra space for an air mattress as well. Enjoy a full kitchen and two efficiency kitchens. 3-full bathrooms and a washer and dryer will help make your group's stay very comfortable! Of course, we are a ski resort destination, and the beautiful slopes of Schuss Mountain is only a 4-minute drive away or hop aboard the free shuttle service that is located at the Lakeview which is a 5-minute walk from our front condo doors! This free shuttle also will take you and your group to downtown Bellair to enjoy all it has to offer! Vacationing and playing can't be any easier or more stress-free!
