113 E. Corral is a new concept featuring a resort style beach house. Imagine you are able to book a boutique resort beach house just for yourself and your guests? This custom designed mansion offers 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. The amenities this property offers guests are amazing and include a private heated pool and hot tub, water slide, game tables, Indoor basketball court, ocean views, a 4th floor observatory deck, 2 EV Charging Stations, and more! This property accommodates up to 38 people. Each of the 10 bedrooms has its own bathroom and closet, making guests comfortable and able to have privacy when needed. Our home is perfect for family reunions, corporate gatherings and special events.
This vacation rental is one of the tallest single family homes and is one of the largest rental beach houses in South Padre Island!
Guests will enjoy the breathtaking 360-degree view of the island from the 4th floor observatory deck which includes gorgeous sunrise and sunset, fire work shows, fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, Laguna Madre Bay, Port Isabel Historical Light House, Queen Isabella Causeway, and Space X.
This vacation rental home has 125ft of Gulf Blvd frontage and is directly across from beach access #3! (one of the very few beach accesses that have restrooms and a washing station). The third floor two east bedrooms (room 303 & 304) have gorgeous beach views from the bedrooms. Depending on the months, room 303 & 304 guests are able to watch beautiful sunrise directly from their beds. Guests wake up to a stunning view of the ocean every morning, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking. Every floor has rear balcony and stairs. Guests can choose to enter or exist the house from either inside the house or from rear balcony stairs
Need to exercise while you are on vacation? This home has a workout station located on the 3rd floor where guests can exercise and and enjoy picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Guests will have plenty of parking to accommodate up to six (6) vehicles on the property. There are also public parking spots available on Gulf Blvd including a handicap space.
The 1st floor open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are very spacious and are capable of accommodating large groups. Guests will love preparing meals with family and friends in this fully stocked kitchen featuring two (2) refrigerators, all stainless steel appliances, and filled with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
There is a powder room or half bathroom on the 1st and 3rd floor.
To accommodate even bigger groups, guests can book 1915 Gulf Blvd and 113 E Corral together (Sleep up to 72 people combined). These two houses are across the street from each other (Please see photos and our 1915 Gulf Blvd listing).
