Pets allowed on a conditional basis. Now available after being leased for over a year...My wife and I put a lot of time into furnishing this home and concentrated on the comforts we prefer when away from home! The 50 inch smart TV is better than ours with Xfinity! Mid Century Modern is the theme and from the kitchen to the baths to the living area we've made it as homey and convenient as can be! Just 5 minutes from Food Lion, various shops and restaurants. 30 minutes to downtown Richmond and 30 to Charlottesville! Wineries and breweries are abundant in Goochland as well!

My wife and I live in the west end of Richmond, VA. We've enjoyed being hosts to some very needy people. We recently hosted a retired couple for a year because their home burned down and they wanted a homey atmosphere while re-building! Travelling nurses and Doctor have also stayed here and enjoyed the easy drive to both Richmond and Charlottesville.

We don't have a "10" rating with VRBO solely because all of our guests have been thru other means at this point.

Why they chose this property

This house is equidistant to both Charlottesville and Richmond! Close to wineries and breweries and to Goochland Courthouse which has restaurants, grocery and a variety of other stores. Very convenient location for being in the country!

What makes this property unique

We keep incredibly good care of the property! I have a handyman, lawn care and cleaning service available to always keep it fresh and clean and in working order!
