The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. There is plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths plus 2 living areas in a quiet neighborhood with a private backyard, a fully covered patio, and a small deck. There is plenty of parking along the street and driveway that wraps to the 2-car garage. If you are here for business, we offer super fast wifi (avg 500 gps download speed, 40 gps upload) so working from home and Zoom calls are a breeze. We also offer a wifi connected color printer if needed and a desk for working. These wifi speeds also ensure there is plenty of bandwidth for all connected devices that travel with you. For end-of-day relaxing, you will enjoy the fully covered patio that joins the accessible garage that also offers a 32” TV and outdoor mini fridge. There is also a cozy tree-covered small deck perfect for that morning coffee or evening beverage. If visiting our beaches, we offer outdoor hoses with sprinklers to help wash off swimming and beach-going gear. Come enjoy your visit to Corpus with us!

The house comfortably accommodated my small family of 4, though there is space for more. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house was only a short drive to an ihop and HEB, which I personally enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Comfortable property

The property was as promised. Everything was in working order, and all the basics we might need were there. The yard was good for the two dogs we had with us. Neighborhood was quiet. Grocery stores, drug stores, and plenty of restaurant choices are nearby.

Great for family gatherings

The host was very easy to reach when we had any problems. locked ourselves out don’t lock the bottom lock on the front door then go out the garage door in the back and close it on the way out. Called the host and got the code to the garage door he answered the phone promptly.

Clean and comfy

We did came from houston to support a Sister that had cancer and got a operation any how this house was the best Albert was very good at communication also house was clean and had a family feeling house the house is very close to heb and all kinds of stores near by also we had a few extra people over mr Albert cut us a slack and was cool with us about a minor painting damage incident very reasonable person to deal with and this house is one of the few good ones on this area I’ll Give it 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️
