This is our second stay at this properity and we have already booked a 3rd stay. The property has the best pool and the unit us located pool side. The other plus is that it has 3 bedrooms and no stairs.

We stay at Palm Bay village twice a year. This unit is the BEST! The furnishings are above and beyond. The pool is the BEST pool on North Padre Island.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to a spacious living area. The view of the pool was relaxing and being in walking distances away from the sand made every morning sunrise beautiful .Communication with the host, Isabel was easy and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. The condo was accommodating for my family of 6. No stairs in the condo was also a plus. The condo had everything you needed for the beach and for cooking. Would stay here again! The only downside was the AC did not cool the condo very well during the daytime but worked good once the sun went down.

This condo located at Palm Bay Village is adorable. You will enter a condo that is beach themed and offers plenty of seating area for those in your party. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen offers everything you need in order to cook a nice family meal. There is a door that leads to the outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a nice afternoon reading a good book. The spa like pool is absolutely wonderful, from the waterfalls to the splash area for the kids, you will definitely enjoy a wonderful afternoon with your family.The condo was easy to access and their is plenty of room in the garage should you need to park in the unit. Contacting our host for a minor issue was easy and response was quick to take care of the matter.
