Uh no
Two highways in the front yard a cliff in the back yard. Looked like someone burned doors and all kinds of things in the fire pit cleaning crew should be ashamed of them selves 😕 owners should visit the property more to observe dangerous decks and stairs..
We could not have been more pleased with this location. We originally booked one night in September for a motorcycle trip to Natural bridge. Hurricane Helene caused bad weather to come north with very high winds and rain causing downed powerlines and debris. The host was gracious enough to allow us to switch our night to a day in October with no issues.
The place is so cute and comfortable. It is decorated lovely and they even had an old record player that worked, which was fun. We picked up some firewood from a local store and enjoyed using the firepit. I especially liked that they provided soap and shampoo since we was traveling on the motorcycle. It allowed me to save room while packing!
The only issue we had was the driveway which is not anything the owner can correct. I only mention it for future bikers to be aware. It is gravel and has a pretty decent incline. I would recommend any passengers getting off at the bottom and walking up and then walking down to the bottom instead of riding. We didnt realize it was that steep upon arrival and my husband almost laid the bike down, the other couple had the passenger get off at the bottom and had zero issues.
We will definitely save this location for another trip!
