Welcome to Barrio Star!
The Barrio Star is a modern new construction home nestled in the historic Tucson neighborhood of Barrio Hollywood with thoughtful touches throughout. This two bedroom, three bath home features high ceilings, polished concrete floors and all that you will need for an enjoyable stay!
The space
Welcome to The Barrio Star!
The Barrio Star offers a sharp modern space near the UofA and Downtown Tucson. Perfect for unwinding after bopping around town, cycling on The Loop bike path, or hiking the surrounding trails.
Both bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, talavera tiled walk in showers, dreamy queen size beds, and walk in closets. The open living/kitchen area with high ceilings make hanging out, working, and entertaining enjoyable. The rustic counter height dining room table sits 6 comfortably, with room to spare. Smart Samsung TV's are mounted in the living room and bedrooms ready for you login and stream your favorite programs via Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.
The open kitchen features a state of the art gas range/oven, full sized French door refrigerator w/ freezer and full size microwave. You will find many small appliances and cooking gadgets to make any at home chef complete. The kitchen sink features a filtered reverse osmosis drinking water dispenser. The RO water is connected to the freezer's ice machine as well. No cloudy ice to taint those cocktails!
The hall powder bathroom is equipped with a beautiful TOTO Washlet bidet seat, sprays and blow dries all your nooks and crannies! The ensuite bathrooms have TOTO toilets, walk in showers with glass doors, counter height granite vanities with storage underneath. Extra towels can be found in the hall linen closet.
The laundry room is accessed through the back door and off the back patio. It features two washers and two dryer units making laundry a snap! The backyard features a covered patio with pavers, large dining patio table w/ solar lighted umbrella, Weber Spirit propane gas grill and artificial turf!
