Amazing condo with a short walk to the beach. The condo is just at the right spot to catch the cooling breezes. Bonus was the Howler monkeys passing by each morning.

Beautiful, well equipped and convenient condo!- 24hr gated security. - Reserved space in parking garage with handy elevator up to second floor condo- great breezes and peek-a-boo ocean view from deck- kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to cook vacation meals. Blender and rice cooker were a plus.- beach towels and chairs provided- bedrooms were large - dual zone air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable - refreshingly cool and clean pool with both sunny & shade areasThere is a loud Friday night party at the nightclub around the corner that we could hear till past 2am. Plan to either join the party or bring earplugs.

Very spacious

Lots of room in the condo including decks. Quiet at most times… rare for Tamarindo. It’s nice that you don’t have to drive through the busy part of town to get to the condo. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. Good value for your money.

Perfect location. Five minute walk to the beach. Nice pool. Tasteful modern interior. Very spacious. Wonderful view of the ocean and mountains from the main balcony. Balconies also off the bedrooms. The master is roomy with a beautiful view. 24 hour security. Easy parking. A real gem.

Really enjoyed the property. Plenty of space and well equipped. Not far from the restaurants and shops and beach. Was pleasantly surprised with the troupe of Howler Monkeys we saw in the trees across the street. The only issue was the lack of communication with property manager. Didn't respond to any messages on any platforms the entire stay. The owner was available though.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was amazingly clean and beautiful. As a solo female traveler, I felt totally safe. It was meticulously prepared for my arrival, with the lights and AC being thoughtfully set to very pleasant levels. The main balcony off the kitchen was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Both the owner and management company were very welcoming and able to accommodate any questions, etc. with quick communication. It is less than 5 min walk to the beach and main drag of Tamarindo, and there were plenty of folks coming and going. I hope to stay again -- Pura Vida!

Costa Rican getaway with our son and daughter-in-law

The condo was very much as advertised. It is quite large and easy to get in and out. The property manager was very accessible. The condo was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. The town of Tamarindo is about a 10 min walk; not the best location for quick access to the beach but not so bad, and the distance was good for quiet and privacy. The pool and gym were also great. The only negative was no access to English speaking channels On the main TV, which meant watching the NFL playoff games in the master BR. I understand this to be a temporary inconvenience. Great find on VRBO!

Beautiful Property! Treat Yourselves:)

Come stay at this gorgeous home just a 5 minute walk from Tamarindo Bay. This spacious 3 bedroom condo has everything you need for a fantastic beach getaway. The finishing touches are all well appointed. The furnishings, bathrooms, linens, dishes- very comfortable and as good if not better than home:) The view from each balcony impressive. A family of 6 monkeys right across the street. Bring your racquets as there are gorgeous courts down the street. The property itself is lush with a gorgeous pool. We stayed 10 days with 2 teens and had a blast surfing everyday. The property manager was very professional and helpful arranging transport and answering g questions. Truly excellent accommodations here, book now:)
