Carefully restored historic home surrounded by palm trees. One of the oldest remaining 1920s cedar shake beach cottages in Jacksonville Beach area divided into two separate cozy upstairs and downstairs. You can rent both units for large parties! Units are across the street from the ocean on highly desirable, quiet Ocean Drive. Walk less than a minute down foot path to the ocean. Walking distance to popular local Bold Bean Coffee, Florida Juice Bowl, Casa Maria Mexican restaurant and Whole Foods. Fully equipped 2 bedroom unit with backyard deck and hammock. We have everything you need for a chill old school beach vacation! downstairs unit has back deck private sitting area. Brand new premium mattresses.
We provide towels, linens beach chairs and umbrella. Pet fee is $125 per pet per stay 2 pet max.

Great property

Met some friends for a weekend and it was great - they were able to rent the top of the house and it worked out perfectly. Right across from the beach!

Excellent Location! Lots of Action around the property. Very Fun To Watch! Needs Deep Clean

Cindy -Property Manager was the most efficient I have ever dealt with. Very Quick response as I had someone come onto the property at 7am to clean themselves with our hose on the side yard which was against our bed. I loved the house very much. We grilled fillets steaks 3 nights and the kitchen was overly stocked. I teach cooking so it was a blessing to prepare large meals. The unit above was vacant which made this stay pleasurable. I personally would not rent with upstairs neighbors the walls are too thin. I rode my own bike over 60 miles in 3 days and saw every inch of the coastline. Loved biking from this house. I even biked to Whole Foods .

Mayo trip

The home is very comfortable and very close to the beach. It could benefit from having more linens and blankets, and the kitchen could use some mixing bowls. We enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Beach Getaway

From the time we arrived and walked in the cottage we instantly felt the beach fib and started to relax. The place was perfect and had plenty of room for a quick family getaway (staycation) over the holidays. The pathway to the beach was perfect and the backyard and parking was great. We are already planning to stay there again.
