Our building is having maintenance with stucco & concrete repair, a new roof, and painting the building. All work will be completed by late January 2026. So please be aware when booking!



We are pet friendly! Additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Fee is per pet. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Max 1 dog. Dogs must be 40 lbs or less. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Laundry facilities are available - and are located on the main parking level. Additional directions for them are provided in the condo. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Bike Rental, etc.
