This was the perfect size property for our 13 guests. We had plenty of space and everyone was very comfortable. We loved being right on the beach with some amazing views.

Perfect place for family!

Overall it was good. Convenient to the beach, adequate parking, great for families. However internet was spotty, freezer was not working, refrigerator handle loose, no towel racks in bathrooms, trash under the beds and mold on the bathroom exhaust fans.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had 14 adults over the age of 18 up to 70 and two 3-year-olds. The house was perfect. The Concierge service was amazing and I highly recommend it. The double fridge/freezer was not working and all the stuff melted but once we switched both sides to the fridge and used the deep freezer, all was good. Thank you for hosting us, you could not get a better view or closer to the beach!

Wonderful time

We went on a sibling/spouse trip, total of 9 people. The house is beautiful in itself and it is directly on the beach!! You walk out the back porch and you are at the peaceful private beach and endless ocean! The added amenities were great. We had such a fun and relaxing time. When we had questions, They answered immediately. Check out was simple with minimal things we needed to do. I can not express enough how beautiful and perfect this vacation was. We all will be coming back here for our next beach vacation and I am also sharing this location with other family and friends! We loved it

We had an Amazing week staying here!Pros: The beach was amazing and only steps away from the back patio area. There were plenty of bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all pots and pans we needed and there were even 2 coffee makers. The view out the master bedroom was stunning. Cons: You are definitely paying for the beach and not so much the home. The pictures online show all the bunks having mattresses but they do not just so you are aware. There was no broom or vacuum in the entire unit so we had to deal with sand everywhere until we went and bought a broom. We left it in the unit so maybe it is still there lol. There are no items like foil, clear wrap, baggies, etc at all so pack those. We kept blowing a breaker in the hallway and they had an electrician come out and water started pouring out of one of the hallway light fixtures. That breaker just had to be completely shut down while we were there. There were absolutely not enough bath towels. Each bathroom had two towels but it sleeps 20 and we had all 20 spots taken so not everyone had a bath towel. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and dirty. The chairs were stained and just kind of gross.If you go into this knowing you are really paying for the private beach access and not expecting luxury in the home, you will be fine. We adjusted and were happy. It would just have been nice knowing some of these issues going in. We still would have stayed, just come better prepared.
