**This Historic home, built in the 1900's has been completely remodeled with luxury bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, and custom backyard deck with Hot Tub for your stay! Located in Historic Lavaca, which is part of the thriving Arts District, and boasting many of the best bars and restaurants in S.A., it is one of the most walkable areas in the city. The Riverwalk, Hemisfair, and Alamodome are within a 1/2 mile walk, and all walks begin with a view of the Tower of the Americas from the front porch!**

The space
This is a 2 story home with the main living areas and a half bath downstairs. The primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs along with the secondary bedroom and bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, with an additional twin trundle bed in the secondary bedroom - sleeping for 6 adults comfortably upstairs. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the main living room as well, which easily sleeps two more!
There is a 65 inch Smart TV in the living room (sign into streaming apps using personal account). Each bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV. We also have Fiber Internet (1000Mbps) for your use.
The dining table and all of the beds were designed and custom made to ensure that your guest experience is even more memorable!
Don't forget the amazing backyard! This well lit backyard features a spacious deck, luxury Catalina 6 person spa with bluetooth and waterfalls, a fire pit table with seating for 8 available, and a gas Bar BBQ grill complete with grilling tools!
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house except the storage closet underneath the stairs and the storage shed outside. Guests will be provided with a code for opening digital door lock. Entry requires zero contact with the hosts, ensuring ultimate privacy and convenience for the guests.
