Enjoy this beautifully designed colonial on one of the most desirable streets in Fairfield's beach neighborhood -- just two blocks from Penfield Beach, and a 10 minute stroll to town filled with great restaurants and train to NYC!

Unique personality flows throughout the home. The first floor has a chef's kitchen with an island for everyone to gather; an oversized family room with double french doors that open to the fenced in backyard with a pool; a large dining room that can sit up to 8; plus a half bath.

The second floor has a tranquil master suite, with king bed and a spacious en-suite bath and steam shower; an additional queen bedroom that can also be used as an office; another full bath with tub; a third bedroom is set up currently as a nursery with a crib; and a spacious laundry room completes this level.

A window lined staircase leads to the 3rd floor with a large bonus room, fourth bedroom w/ king-sized bed, and beautiful marble full bathroom.

Amazing family retreat!

We rented this house for a ten day getaway from the city and it was perfect! It’s a beautiful house and the location was great. We have a young child and the short walk to the beach was invaluable, he especially enjoyed pushing the wagon the host left us to bring all our beach stuff :). The pool and backyard is so nice and we had a thoroughly relaxing trip. Steve was an excellent host and was always so communicative. We highly recommend renting this property and hope to come back!

Amazing stay at this awesome Fairfield Beach property

We rented this property for my daughter’s graduation from Fairfield University this past weekend and it exceeded our expectations. This spacious, amazingly decorated and well appointed home within walking distance to the beach enabled our family and extended family to all be under one roof for the entire weekend of pomp and circumstance. The pool and outdoor space were just the cherry on top. Steven and Lauren could not have been more communicative or accommodating. I would recommend this listing highly (especially for out of town Fairfield families and alumni) as the pictures did not do this lovely home justice. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their gem of a property in Fairfield Beach. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!
