We absolutely loved this condo! The unit was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and stocked with every amenity we needed. The deck was the standout feature — spacious, relaxing, and offering a phenomenal view that made our stay unforgettable. Communication with our host was fantastic throughout our trip. The ocean view deck was our favorite part of the rental! Overall great experience, host was very responsive, it was very easy to get into the rental at check in time and we have no bad things to say about the home!

We know there is a lot to consider when choosing your rental. We do appreciate your choosing our home out of all the other choices for your vacation memories. Just to clarify for the reader, we do disclose both items you mention in our listing. We are located by the stairs on the 2nd floor. We are just high enough to see over the dunes as the first level does not see over the sea grass. Regarding the parking, there is a private lot across the street that is free this time of year. Our welcome email inquired if info was needed for parking any additional cars, but we did not get a reply. I am sorry to hear later that you had a problem. We pride ourselves on our communication and would have liked the opportunity to help you facilitate parking. We appreciate the stars & feedback. Your family took great care of our home! We enjoyed the lovely view from the deck and easy access to the beach. Plenty of seating to eat on the deck. Kitchen is well stocked. It is about a thirty minute walk up the beach to the boardwalk area. We personally did not find the beds comfortable (spring mattresses). I ended up sleeping on the couch. There is some beach furniture in the downstairs storage—chairs are good but the umbrella was a lil bit touch-and-go. There were also boogie boards of all sizes and some toys to build sand castles, etc.

Great property, only 1 car allowed for parking, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Additional parking at Bullard Realty, 1 block north of the condo, 25.00 per day per car. Lots of beach accessories included, chairs, large canopy and plenty of beach toys. Fantastic outside porch/deck. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time! The condo was just perfect and matched the pictures perfectly. The deck was definitely the highlight of the whole trip. I think we spent more time there than inside the room. Overall was a good place. Parking was kind of a nightmare, the off site parking was 180 for the week so be prepared. The beds and couch were pretty uncomfortable. There was minimal detergent and trash bags so we bought more. There were some left over items from the previous guest in the master bedroom. The master bathroom sink was also clogged. We did love the deck and closeness to the beach. The provided beach equipment was convenient, but very dirty and had old alcohol cans in the beach chairs/storage unit.

Thank you for taking time to review us. We always appreciate the feedback. We are sorry that we were not informed about the sink until this review after check-out. We would have loved to have the chance to send a handyman over to fix that for you right away during your stay. It was an easy fix and our maid service noticed it on their own and handled it before the next guest. The maid service also adjusted the laundry detergent and the trash bags. We do hope guests give us the opportunity to earn 5 stars. We respond quickly to communication. Just to clarify the parking for readers. There is ample and easy parking on-site for 1 car. In the summer, additional cars can be parked in a private lot across the street for about $20/day. Guests typically tell us that it’s close, convenient and allows them the flexibility to bring as many cars as desired. The Carolina Beach area does have paid parking throughout many of the residential & shopping areas. We pride ourselves on providing extra communication to make parking easy & meet all the parking needs of our guests. We do apologize if the previous guest left bottles in the storage areas. Those areas are cleaned seasonally and not between each summer guest, but we do have signage that encourages people to be respectful to the next guest so we are sorry to hear that the previous guest left cans and I will see that they are removed.

This is a lovely property with a beautiful deck and oceanfront view. We were impressed by the supplies provided and the thoughtful touches, including detailed instructions, everywhere. We had a problem unrelated to the unit the first night, and the owners went beyond the scope of their responsibility to help. We were grateful for their kindness and would stay again.

The property was very comfortable and welcoming. We felt at home and enjoyed all of the extras, including a fully stocked kitchen. We were happy to have the asssortment of games and puzzles on a blustery day when we couldn't be on the beach. The patio was our favorite place to hang out in the mornings. We saw dolphins, surfers, wind surfers, fishing boats and more while we enjoyed breakfast on the patio!
