About this property

"La Jolla Excellence" is a Brand New Luxury Gated Community. Oceanfront with exclusive access to Playa Encantada with a year-round sandy beach. You'll have two indoor heated pools and one outdoor pool overlooking the pacific. We also have a dry sauna and jacuzzis. Located only 30 minutes from San Ysidro border and 5 minutes to Downtown Rosarito.

Brand New Oceanfront Villa offers three bedrooms/three baths. We have 2,600 sqft of living space to enjoy. It's completely furnished, with a Miami Beach all-white design. Our living room, kitchen, and master bedroom have gorgeous Ocean Views. Large 77'' Smart TV in the living room to log in to your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+... Sleeping arrangements are arrange to have room and walking space. We have in the master bedroom a king-size bed. Both guest rooms have California King size. All rooms have a 55" Smart TV and a private attached bathroom. In our Full Kitchen, we have Coffee Maker (Keurig & Drip coffee maker), Countertop stove, Blender, Dishwasher, Washer&Dryer, and hair dryer in each bath. No A/C in the Villa. Be ready to feel the ocean breeze and watch the sunset from the spacious balcony with waterfront views.

Beautiful House! Great amenities!

This place is really nice! Super clean, packed with everything you need! Beautiful view - somewhat obstructed by other residences. Patio is awesome - so peaceful to have morning coffee and listen to the ocean. One drawback, the location is still under construction but it is not too loud, but still there! Very nice, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean

We loved the villa. Everything you may need is available. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and living area. Perfect for a group of 6. The only negative was the loud construction right below the lovely patio/balcony. This is something that should be disclosed.
