This was an excellent location within easy walking distance to everything, though there is a large houseless, drug using population on Bell st between 1st and 2nd. Host is very responsive and the check in and out process was smooth even with parking, which was nice to have.The unit needs a bit of love however. Carpet in main living area desperately needs to be replaced and bathrooms could also use some updating. Overall, decent place to stay in the heart of Seattle.

Loved the location. We walked all over Seattle. So many ethnic restaurants and shops. After walking so much, the hot tub felt great. The cafe was our amazing breakfast spot each morning.

Would love to stay again!

We had a great stay here over Christmas! Property was clean, exactly as described. Ashley and Mike were great hosts… super responsive and helpful! Several restaurants and Pike Place Market within walking distance. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the city!!

We were staying here for a few days prior to a cruise so the proximity to the cruise port was perfect. We had an issue when we first checked in, however, the person who greeted us made sure it was taken care of immediately. Beds were comfortable, having a parking space was very convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without taking an Uber.

We could not have asked for a better stay! Absolute excellent location, in a safe and vibrant community. Apartment is in excellent condition and easily accessible. We were reluctant but can say, without hesitation, you won't be sorry on this one! We especially liked the roof top lounging area. Thank you!!!!

Great find in Seattle

Wonderful location, great building and condo. Furnished nicely with all the amenities. Felt safe and many things in walking distance. Free parking spot a plus. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Communication was excellent with proper owner and property manager. Easy check in and check out process.

Downtown Seattle dream!!!! 10/10

Spacious 2 bed with parking, right in the heart of downtown. 10 minute walk to space needle and 10 minutes in other direction for Pike Place market. Lots of great places to eat close. Perfect place for a quick visit. Hosts were so easy to interact with. Lots of communication!

Overall, property was good with a great location, lots of food options nearby. It was clean and communication was good to get in, and the parking was really nice to have right there. I am giving it a 4 overall because I feel like most other VRBOs I stay at have more amenities, this was pretty bare bones, especially considering the cost. With a few more little touches like tissue boxes, tea, coffee supplies, and additional toiletries like lotion, it would be perfect. Thanks overall for a great weekend in Seattle!
