Family gathering

Alice in Littleton was a great spot for our family to stay and play. The home is very cute and extremely clean. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are fantastic…I always appreciate a host that takes the time to change out worn pillows and bedding. I would recommend this unique little place to anyone.

The cutest themed place!

Highly recommend this location. We hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday party with her friends and they LOVED it! So many cute places for photos, very well decorated and great layout too. Brandon was very responsive in a timely manner and everything was just lovely!

Great Stay!

The property is very clean. It is about 45 minutes from downtown but worth the drive. My kids said the house was one of their favorite parts of our vacation! It well supplied with all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathroom. We saw a deer in the neighbors yard one morning!

This is the only home for our size group in the area. We didn’t have much of a choice and that is why I believe they can charge nearly 3,000 for 5 nights. Our host was told long in advance that there would be 10 of us there when we arrived. There were only six towels to the whole place. After asking for more towels, they brought four more. Ridiculous! We were unable to get on the WiFi for nearly 3 of our days staying at the house. The absurd part of it was they asked us to stay around and wait for someone to show up for a three hour window to fix it. As if that was our responsibility to be there to meet someone. I would say this if you were thinking about renting this property… 1. The neighborhood is unkept for the amount of money we spent on the house. I would’ve thought the neighborhood would’ve been nicer that we were in. 2. The decor in the house is very strange and for the little ones that were with us a little creepy. 3. There are very strict and strange hours that you can use the outdoor space. They said that it is to help be quiet for the neighbors. However, the neighbors and their dogs were out on their lawn early and late. 4. It is possible you will not have enough of what you need. And if you request more, expect to get only what you might need. There’s no amazing hospitality with this one. We were disappointed for sure.

We came to visit my son and granddaughter for the weekend. I had to Thank the house for being so good to us. We enjoyed every foot of the house. We saw so many new things, the creativity that went into the theme was amazing. We will definitely be back. My grandkids from NM will love staying in this house

The house is great with so many cute things to look at given the theme. My suggestions to make a stay better include the following:Beach towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels which isn’t terrible but not ideal to wrap up in.More silverware, glasses etc. to accommodate the number of people the house sleeps. There are only 4 chairs for the table and two bar height chairs so we couldn’t eat meals together as we had 8 people. The pans are over used and don’t have lids that fit.The property description says it is our responsibility to REFILL the propane which leads one to believe they are full when we arrive. Instead, we started cooking steaks and the gas ran out within 5 minutes. We switched to the tank in the fire pit but it was empty as well. It needs to be understood that they need to be filled by the guests, not refilled. It’s very inconvenient to be in the middle of cooking and have to go get them filled. We did fill one of them at our own expense so the next guest will not have to start empty. The hot tub was highly chlorinated. We have a hot tub that we keep at the right chemical levels and we don’t get choked by the chlorine smell like this one at the property. The ice maker doesn’t work well. It does not dispense, at all either. We had to buy ice. These are things that could be remedied and would make the space perfect. We enjoyed the area and the neighborhood was quiet. Most of the beds were comfortable except the king was really hard.

I was here for work and enjoyed staying in the house with a few colleagues so that we could cook and hang out on the back deck in occasionally get the hot tub. Everything was quick with respect to communication, the house was exactly as advertised, and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
