Bright 3 Bdrm w/ Heated Pool! 6 min to DT Gilbert!
Enjoy this family friendly home with all the necessities to enjoy the Arizona sun. A private pool filled with floaties and a water feature, as well as a grassy area to lay out or play yard games, will guarantee hours of fun for guests of all ages. Just minutes away from the Heritage district of downtown Gilbert, and 25 minutes from Phoenix/Scottsdale, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife to explore. This bright home has all you need for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
The space
Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows make this home bright and inviting. The living room is equipped with a 65” HDTV Roku TV, perfect for watching sports or family movie night. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out on our sectional couch, which also opens up to a pull out queen bed.
The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal- which you can share in the 8 person dining table or outside under the covered patio.
Ready to cool off? Relax under the umbrella in the shallow shelf area of the pool or float around on one of the many floaties provided.
Each bedroom has memory foam mattress, crisp cotton sheets and a white noise machine to create a sleeping sanctuary. Each bedroom also has a 32” HDTV with Roku streaming.
Working remotely? There is a dedicated work space in bedroom 2 equipped with a desk, work chair, flat screen monitor with HDMI hookup and laptop stand. Our pool is HEATED from late October through the end of March (weather dependent). There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating the pool during these months.
**If you would like the pool heated outside of the months listed above, we can accommodate for an extra charge of $25/day. Must be requested prior to arrival**
Our home has many floaties and pool toys for all ages.
Guests with children accept full responsibility of monitoring their children in and around the pool area.
We have the following children’s items:
-Graco Pack and Play On the Go Playard with sheets
-Inglesina Fast Table baby chair for kids up to 33 lbs
-Bright Starts portable baby bouncer
-changing pad
-kids plates, bowls, silverware
-toys, books, games
-bath toys and spout cover in
