Perfectly located in the heart of St. Pete, this ready to go single family home awaits you! Less than 10 min to the famous St. Pete beaches, & just 15 mins to Downtown!

Pack your bags, bring the family, or find your tranquility solo. This 2000+ sq ft smart home features 3 BR, 3 Baths, a huge fenced-in back yard with gorgeous pool, hot tub, mural for memorable photos, fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces (indoor & outdoor), cable TV, ultra hi-speed wifi, free washer/dryer & brand new stainless appliances
The space
There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms inside. There is also an external pool house with a third bathroom. Let the dogs run loose in our huge fully fenced in backyard while you dip in the pool! Enjoy our screen room for Al Fresca dining, or sit around the fireplace if Florida isn’t warm enough for you!

Our house is in a cul-de-sac with a private driveway that accommodates 4 vehicles. The neighborhood has several parks nearby, along with the Pinellas Trail for those who prefer walks, rollerblading, or bicycles!

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Perfectly located and the beach was just 10 minutes away. The pool was amazing and the fenced in yard was perfect for my dog. The house was nice and stocked with everything that we needed on our vacation. When we vacation again in St. Petersburg we will definitely rent this home again if it's available.

This house was terrific! Loved the location; lots of great, unique places to eat nearby. Will definitely be staying again! The house was in great condition, very clean and had everything we could want or need. The host was great with his communication. The layout of the home was very pet-friendly, and the yard was terrific for dogs. However, if you are staying with dogs; make sure they have good commands on them. There is no fencing blocking the pool from the rest of the yard. Ours were curious, but listened when we told them to "leave it". If your dogs don't listen, they may end up in the pool, which is a no-no!

Big backyard and nice pool

This location and home was perfect for the two of us and out pups. We had plenty of room for the drop in guests that came over during our 2 weeks. Nice to have laundry onsite. The dogs had more than enough room to play. Perfect stay.

5 WEEKS IN ST. PETE

The property was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. The house was well stocked for a long term rental. Nice sized fenced in back yard for the dog. Nice pool but not heated. Took a while to warm up. The ranch home was great for 2 senior citizens. 15 minutes to beaches, Johns Pass for dining and shopping and many restaurants. The host was great. Responsive and attentive. Would stay here again.
