Georgetown Lake Log Home Retreat

Beautiful log home perched above Georgetown Lake. Located in a 4 season recreational wonderland with incredible downhill and x-country skiing, a world class golf course, endless hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, abundant wildlife & countless mountain lakes, rivers and streams out the back door. If you're looking for a nice location to enjoy a getaway or family vacation, this is the perfect spot!

The property consists of 3 cabins. Those are the main house and 2 smaller cabins. The main house has 3 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 smaller cabins are both 1 room cabins with just a bedroom. Please note that all 5 bedrooms are not in the main cabin, only 3 of them are. The smaller cabins are heated.

MAIN CABIN:
This home features breathtaking views of Georgetown Lake & the Pintler Mountains. The family room is perfect for relaxing in after a fun filled day of playing in the snow or soaking up sun on the lake! There is a sectional and a loveseat that allows for plenty of seating for you and your guests. You will find a smart tv and while cable or satellite isn't provided, you will easily be able to sign into any streaming service you have (Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc).

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a meal for your group. The cupboards and cabinets are stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There is a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. There's bar seating at the kitchen island for 2 or you can enjoy your meal around the table in the dining area. There is seating for 6 at the dining table. There is also a desk with seating for another 2 people.

Whether you need to take care of business or upload those amazing photos, you will stay connected with the complimentary high-speed Starlink internet.

There is a wraparound deck that allows for you to really relax and enjoy those magnificent views. You will also find a gas BBQ grill and a Traeger grill! There's outdoor seating & a fire pit. Please note that some of the outdoor seating and fire pit may not be accessible during the winter months. The hot tub was newly added in 2023 and available for guests to use during their stay!

LAUNDRY - MAIN CABIN
-Guests have access to a the washer and dryer that are located in the main floor bathroom.

BEDROOMS - MAIN CABIN
-The master bedroom with a queen bed is on the 2nd floor.
-Main floor bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
-Main floor bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

BATHROOMS - MAIN CABIN
-The master bath is located off the master bedroom upstairs. There you will find a jetted bathtub (no shower), toilet, and a sink with plenty of counter space.
-Main floor bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and the washer & dryer.

SMALLER CABINS:
-This property has 2 cabins that are separate from the main cabin. One cabin has a queen bed, small fireplace, and a tv.
The 2nd cabin we refer to as the "bunkhouse" has 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds. There is also a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and a desk in this cabin.

Guests have access to the main cabin & 2 additional cabins with extra sleeping arrangements. Guests do not have access to the garage or small outdoor bathroom that is winterized Oct-June.

4WD is required to get up the driveway in the winter. Parking in the driveway can also be limited in the winter. We recommend only having 3 vehicles that will be parked at the property in the winter.
