This third-floor condo makes a great home base for your snowy endeavors. Skiing enthusiasts will be happy to know a brisk walk is all that's needed to hit the slopes of Mt. Snow. Not only that, but you can enroll in classes that teach you how to ski and snowboard, in case you'd like to learn. Take a lesson there or explore one of the nearby trails for a truly scenic experience. In the evening, there are several restaurants in the area with bars and grills to relax even more while sipping on a nice drink.

Back at your cozy condo, wind down in front of the TV to watch a movie, or break out a fun board game for everyone to play together. Use the full kitchen to make a cup of coffee, a meal, and anything in the middle. Enjoy the fruits of your labor in the dining area or while taking in the fresh air on the balcony. As the day draws to a close, start up the fireplace for a warm, cozy atmosphere and prepare for tomorrow's adventures.

Great condo and location

Beautiful location, quiet and had ample space for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to stay in and cook meals. Beds were very comfortable! A few minor issues with cleaning and repairs, but nothing that affected our stay. Would definitely stay again, but probably only in fall or winter because there is no A/C and it's a third floor condo. Thanks!

The best thing about property was location. Very poorly stocked/supplied kitchen. WiFi/TV reception awful. No firewood/kindling/fire starter supplied. No attention to snow on sidewalk or stairs nor a shovel or broom to take care of it myself.

All you need

A good sized condo. Certainly not updated, but who needs updated fixtures when you’re going skiing each day? Both bedrooms have a bathroom connected. A small but efficient kitchen. Washer / dryer easy to access. Loft is great for kids. 3rd floor but has only 6 steps per floor, I didn’t find it too bad to lug our stuff up There. Very close to the mountain, we did drive and park each day. Easy access to the main road with market and restaurants. Only thing I wished they had was a book with information about the accommodations and local restaurant recommendations / location of groceries.

VACASA HORROR

The house was perfect but I will never stay in another VRBO listing that is with Vacasa. Too many unnecessary fees. Buyer BEWARE! Vacasa did nothing for me but yet we had to pay them. Unfortunately this house is listed with VACASA so I would not recommend it!!!

Basic

I think that's property is fine if you're younger and planning to spend your entire day at the resort across the street. However, if you are a family and in town for anything else, it is not convenient to really much of anything else. We also missed in the listing that it is on the third floor and had someone older in our party that the stairs were a little bit of challenge for. The neighbors are inconsiderate and run up-and-down the outdoor wooden steps in their hard ski boots, so there's no chance of sleeping in...Not that the beds are comfortable enough to do that. The condo needs some updates as most appliances, fixtures, and cabinets ssem original to the place (early 90s vibe). The carpeting was new and nice. We had an issue with trying to control the temperatures in the loft and tried every number and method to reach Vacasa but they were unhelpful. Perhaps a manual ledt in the house would eliminate this need. All in all, I think it all comes down to what your needs are. If it's a clean place to sleep then it checks that box.
