The lake house is beautiful, very clean, stocked and very nicely decorated. We had a great time. The multiple bedrooms made this trip possible for us as we have a large family. There are a lot of stairs down to the dock but we did ok with them. The lily pad was good fun for the kids. Unfortunately for us our stay was short so we didn't get to use the kayaks. We rented a pontoon for one day so everyone was able to get on the water. Hope to return in the future. Thank you again!!

Generous space for our family reunion (18 members aged 67 to two months). Randy is a very attentive communicator, generously adjusted for special circumstances, and swiftly answered every question. We have never stayed in any other rental with every convenience and amenity you can imagine (EVERYthing needed in the kitchen, toys provided for all ages, great floor plan and bedroom/bathroom ratio, very comfortable beds and furniture, every detail and need planned for).Even though swimming was not recommended because of elevated bacteria in the lake, we enjoyed kayaking, s'mores at the fire pit, rides for the kids in the golf cart, mini golf for the whole family, topped off with ice cream at the Sweet Shop. It was a sweet weekend!

We have a cousins reunion and had a blast!! We all could be together or separate out. Plenty of space! Kids loved the Maui mat. We did some fishing off the dock. Lots of things within the house available that were handy. Had a fire every night and the wood was supplied. The garage converted into a big game/tv/ eating area was ideal. Easy check in and out process. Very nice and friendly hosts! Good location right on water.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for everyone with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The extra garage space was a huge bonus, with a large TV, games, and toys that kept the kids entertained when we weren't outside. We spent most of our time on the water and had so much fun using the kayaks and lily pad. We also brought our pontoon, and the property worked out perfectly for boating.Randy was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to every question I had and even shared great recommendations for the area, which we really appreciated.Clear Lake is a beautiful place, and this home made our family vacation one to remember. We will definitely be back!Sharon O.

Property was described well in the listing. It’s a long home with the enclosed patio area facing the lake, and then the original home structure, and then the newer home structure with two levels, and then the garage/rec room facing the street. The multiple bathrooms/showers and 2 sets of washers/dryers worked outstanding for a multiple family gathering! The oversized garage/rec room was way better than expected - it has plenty room to play, with a large TV and seating area plus picnic tables. It was nice to have multiple thermostats to be able to control the temperature in the various areas. The garage/rec room even has its own bathroom and thermostat. It was very nice to be able to close the door between the living room and the garage/rec room so each area can listen to its own TV, or do whatever they want without disrupting the other group. Someone could even read a book quietly at the other end of the house, it was outstanding! Or a person could go to their own bedroom and watch their own TV in peace. There is plenty to do outside, of course! But it was a bit cool and rainy during part of our visit, so the inside options worked very well when we had to be inside. Miniature golf and great city parks with play areas and sand volleyball courts were nearby…in addition to all the lake activities. Sunday morning church at the bandshell in the park along with an antique show topped it all off! Highly recommended this property and Clear Lake! Big family fun!

Great stay. Communications with host was excellent. Property was as described and an awesome spot on the lake for large gatherings. 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms and activity spaces. We needed to do some cleaning upon arrival (sheets appeared to not have been washed)…host says they just changed cleaning services and would address for future stays. Would stay there again.

I was surprised by how spacious the property is, the pictures do not do it justice. Randy is an above and beyond host! Very responsive and helpful! Cannot say enough good things. We have a large family and this place was perfect. So many amenities, we had everything we needed and more.

We stayed here for a long weekend for a family gathering with multiple families, with kids ages 7-20. We all had an amazing time and LOVED the house, the lake, and all of the little extras provided by the host to make it extra welcoming and convenient. The kids had a blast playing in the water and on the Maui mat, and the kids and adults enjoyed kayaking in the two provided kayaks, and fishing from the kayaks and the dock. The fire pit area was a great place to gather and there were a good number of chairs provided, as well as an assortment of sizes of life jackets. The house is very well layed out for multiple families. Having bedrooms in the upstairs and downstairs of the house, as well as the cottage, gave us plenty of room for families to spread out and have our own space, still with plenty of space to all hang out together. Rental houses often only provide minimal starting supplies for things like toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc, but the house was very well supplied, including some food and drinks that they said we were welcome to use, and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking and leftover storage. Randy was very responsive to our messages and questions, and made it a fantastic trip that we all hope to repeat sometime soon!

This place was perfect for a girls’ weekend for my daughter before getting married. The best part was the amount of bathrooms and space. We loved the view. They have everything available that you could possible think of. Highly recommend and we plan to go back again. The hosts were amazing too.
