Beautiful cozy well-lit 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. We provide 1 parking space for each suite. TVs in all bedrooms and living room, Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and Disney Plus apps on the living room TV, Roku & Firestick in the bedrooms, feel free to sign in!

Enjoy playing board games, Uno, or a good old game of cards.

Upon request, we have the following for the little ones: Pack `N Play with changing table and bassinet, stroller, car seat (infant & toddler), bottle warmer, and a few toys.

Guests are welcome to use any area in this suite. The laundry room is on the 1st floor, along the deck area, and the front lawn.

Note: Although there is a wood-burning fireplace, no fires are to be burned therein for safety reasons. You can remotely control the battery-operated candles in the fireplace, which give off a great ambiance!

This beautiful South Anchorage suite, is on a corner lot of a cul-de-sac, in a nice Jewel Lake neighborhood. Conveniently located near grocery stores, entertainment, parks, and lakes.

Looking to do a little fishing without having to travel too far? Well, you’re in luck. We have 2 fishing areas located within close proximity. 3- minute drive to Kent Roth Memorial Fishing Dock and an 8-minute drive to Campbell Creek fishing area. Alaska is full of coastal trails that will lead you all over Anchorage. Campbell Creek Bike Trail is an approx. 11-minute drive. Don’t forget to check out Kincaid Park!

There is 1 parking spot for each suite
- 1-minute walk to Jewel Lake Bowling Alley, Holiday Gas station, coffee shop, and more
- 5-minute walk to the local grocery store (CARRS/Safeway), Alaska Fitness Club, and a variety of restaurants
- 5-minute drive to Fred Meyer, Walgreens, Burlington
- 5-min walk to Jewel Lake. A community use park with a swimming beach, fishing dock, sheltered and non-sheltered picnic area, playground, and other recreational amenities
- 10-minute walk, 2 min drive to trails, trails, trails, (running, walking biking, cross country skiing), etc.
- 8-minute drive to Target
- 8 to 10-minute drive to the Airport
- 10-minute drive to Costco, Dimond Center Mall (Movie Center inside), and more restaurants
- 15-minute drive to Providence hospital, University of Alaska, and Downtown Anchorage

1. Guests must be at a minimum age of 21. All Guests 18yrs and older staying in the unit are required to provide valid photo identification matching their reservation before arrival for liability purposes. Access to the unit will not be given until received via Airbnb messages.

Check-In/Check-Out
1. Self-check-in is available at 4:00 P.M. with keyless entry. Traditionally, Alaskans remove their shoes upon entering a home, and we ask that you do the same.
*Early check-in: Depending upon calendar availability. The request must be made with a minimum 48-hour notice for consideration. Additional fees for early check-in are:

12:00 P.M - $60
1:00 P.M. - $50
2:00 P.M. - $40

Late Check-Out: Depending upon calendar availability. The request must be made with a minimum 24-hour notice for consideration. Additional fees for late check-out are:

12:00 P.M. - $40
1:00 P.M - $50

2. No additional overnight guests. Guests not listed on the booking are not permitted. For every additional guest, a fee of $30 will be charged per guest per night.

3. Damage to the property is the responsibility of the guest. Please report any damages or issues as they occur before check-out. Lost or damaged property will result in an additional fee for repair or replacement value.

4. Do us a favor and please strip all beds and place linen (sheets & towels) in one of the pillowcases or the provided laundry basket in each room`s closet. We`d also appreciate it if you would load and start the dishwasher prior to checking out.

No Smoking/Pets
1. Smoking inside the suite is strictly prohibited! Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area located on the west side of the building. Please dispose of all butts in the ashtray provided. Any evidence of smoking in the suite will incur an additional $300 fee.

2. Absolutely NO illegal activity or illicit drugs will be tolerated. This includes and is not limited to vapes, pot, grass, dank, sticky icky, stank, bonyon, tweed, trees, booga suga, crack, meth, or whatever other preferred names are commonly used.

3. We are sorry, NO pets are allowed on the premises.

No Parties
1. A party consists of 7 or more guests on the property on time, without previous notification to the host. If you decide to have a party, you will either be charged additional fees at the host`s discretion, or you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

2. With a minimum of 24-hour prior notice, we can accommodate up to 2 additional guests at $30/guest.

Quiet Time
3. Per Alaska State Noise Ordinance, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
