Location, location, location! Large spacious bottom floor condominium located in Allegro Isles. Faces the pool and surrounded by water. 6 shared common docks available!
The space
Newly completely remodeled very open condo on Little Bay. Perfect location for fishing adventures or water-centric getaways. 5 minutes to beach. Faces pool but the building is surrounded by water.
Sleep luxuriously in the memory foam king size bed...queen sofa bed also has memory foam mattress.
Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 2 full bathrooms!
Guest access
Large pool out the front door, docks first come first serve, ocean side party hut!
Other things to note
The pool gate is locked, the key is in the condo, usually in an obvious place.
Please don't park in spots marked with other condo numbers

I was surprised how well the kitchen was stocked. The pool was great and so close to the condo. The bathrooms were also stocked with all the essentials for the shower. The only problem was the chairs in the dining area. They looked cool but not comfortable at all. We enjoyed the fishing area.

Great condo in near Rockport Beach

Lisa was such a great host and the condo was clean and cute! We had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the docks, and the condo was close to Rockport Beach and the Fulton Public Pier. Will be staying here again (I hope)!

The cutest little stay. Everything you need. Very spacious and clean. Love the pool, the docks and access to the water being right there. Definitely will be back. Owner was so nice and accommodating.

Classy beach style

We enjoyed out stay so much. Your condo is refreshing, spacious, and carefully designed. I was looking for a particular aesthetic that was pleasing to me, with just enough of a touch of the beach in an open airy laid out space. The bed and linens were awesome, Thank you for everything.

Great condo and location!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday. The location in Key Allegro is beautiful and the unit itself was surprisingly spacious. It was very clean and well-equipped. The pool was awesome and actually cool in late summer! Minutes away from all the fun activities and restaurants in Rockport and Fulton. Highly recommended!

The best!

Great location, we loved the decor, and it had everything we needed! The owner was a nice and timely communicator. The pool is right outside the front door and walking in the neighborhood was wonderful. We also enjoyed coffee by the water in the community tiki hut each morning. We’ve been coming to Rockport for many years, but never stayed here. This is a place will definitely return!

Fabulous Condo

The condo was immaculate and welcoming, with a nice open layout and beautiful decor. Its location within the complex is perfect for pool access and unloading/loading luggage to the car. The property was quiet and relaxing. From check-in to check-out, Lisa made the whole process seamless. We will be back!

Family weekend not

We could not have our children stay at this property because the information said sleeps 4 but the fold out couch bed was totally disgusting. We rented a room fur our guest. Terrible smell !

We could have used more information on how to use & navigate the TVs. We usually have had a list of things to do before we leave. For example: to turn on the dishwasher, strip the bed, where to leave the used towels (in the bathtub or in the laundry room). We knew we should take out the trash. Thanks, we had a wonderful time with our family.
