Wonderful place to stay! Close to everything and plenty to do! Very clean and hosts are great at communicating. Just be very mindful of the driveway. It’s very steep!

Absolutely beautiful lake front cabin. The scenery was stunning. We rented it to enjoy the World Fried Chicken Festival. The location was perfect. Just minutes from everything we were there to do. In the evening we relaxed by a cozy fire out on the patio and talked and laughed. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for some place cozy, clean, roomy and with wonderfully surprising extras. We all commented at different times, what a great find the house was for our trip. Communication with the owner was pleasant and efficient. We had last minute issues on our end and the owner helped out however they could.

The property was very nice. The kitchen and bathroom finishes were great. They even had a crock pot for us to use, which was great because after a long day on the water, coming back to a cooked meal was the best lol

Pretty close to perfect. I’m picky in terms of cleanliness, and it met expectations!Bonus- more than enough towels, and even coffee and basic cooking needs like oil, salt pepper, etc. Love the three full baths.

House was as pictured, pristine, coxy and decorative. Enjoyed deck view of the lake, the dock for fishing, ability to house kayaks for inlet travel and the recommendations for boat rentals which we took advantage. Lake swimming available in other parts of the lake where the boat came in handy. The structure in the lake is phenomenal for fishing. The lake is not overcrowded with houses, and thankful for the shorelines that are available. Our host was lovely, supportive, immediately responded to inquiries. We so appreciated check ins on days we were traveling, to make sure our travels were safe. Beautiful woods with magnificent caves and mushroom foraging if that is your delight. Easy access to The Ark Encounter, Louisville and surrounding tourist towns. Thankful this experience and excited for this entities expansion. Definately added to our favorites list!!

Great house

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on any of our trips. Celli, property manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way so many times to make sure we had what we needed and even recommended places to see and restaurants to have dinner. We highly recommend this location and plan to return on a future trip. Thanks again, Celli!!!

Quiet Joy at Wood Creek Lake

What a wonderful stay we had on this beautifully updated home and serene location on Wood Creek Lake. When we weren't all relaxing in the bathwater-warm lake, we were taking in the stunning view from the large sundeck. Bring your floats, rent some kayaks and enjoy. Celli was an amazing host, full of great local hints and special touches, like s'more kits awaiting our arrival. The home is clean and modern, and our whole family had a great time.

Birthday Get-a-way

What an amazing lake and beautiful VRBO. Celli is amazing to work with and communication with her is prompt. She even left us s’mores to make. We can’t wait for our return trip in October. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars Celli would definitely get it. One of the best property managers I have set with! And the views are amazing!

Amazing Lake View

Lovely house on the lake. Very clean though out entire house. Kitchen was wonderful. Host was very nice and attentive. WiFi did not work very well so the TV kept cutting out but I would think that is to be expected with the location. Driveway is quite steep and that did make me nervous but was worth it for the views. We could walk to our own private dock to fish and kayak and just look out over the lake on the back deck.
