All of our Lakefront places here in Frisco, Texas are great while on a business trip or in between homes. This is the place! Sit on the porch of this fully furnished house and watch the wildlife migrating to the south for winter. The lake is still warm enough to swim and relax after a long day or week.

This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Fully furnished. It has Smart TV in the living area and a Smart TV in each bedroom . Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed as well as a bunk with a full size on the bottom and twin on top.

Come stay at a waterfront property right down the Street from everything you need in your he City - no matter what brings you to the area. It is perfect for all ages who want to experience a comfortable house and its outdoor amenities in a great location. Get back to nature and have a campfire right out your door while surrounding yourself with nature. Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboards are included at no extra cost. Boats available to rent on request.

Bring your own boat if you would like. We have a dock that is located right behind that house that we share with our guests. It is also great for fishing and swimming. Bring your floats and cooler and come to relax.

We have 7 houses in the neighborhood. 4 are true lakefront and 3 are across the street with unobstructed views and access to water. We so enjoyed this peaceful slice of heaven. Jeri was an amazing host. Great communication. We needed a time of peace and quiet and we definitely found it in our stay. The view of the lake, the towering trees, and the wildlife we saw daily was wonderful.

Communication with the host was excellent,The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay with a very open spacious feel to it. The surrounding area was perfect for family entertainment such as throwing the football, croquet, frisbee and horseshoes. The fire pit at night and the Vista of the lake was outstanding! Jeri, The host and his other guests made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants to get away from it all.

Amazing Location and Host

This property was beautiful and the location was amazing! There are so many amenities included - our favorite was having morning tea/coffee on the dock. The children had a blast kayaking!
