The house was perfect for our family. The beach was within walking distance. We loved the fact that the property came with beach chairs. Grocery shopping was close by as well as restaurants. Also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood!
Everything was great, we loved the house! The only slightly bad thing was the walk to the beach, be careful!!! Drivers are supposed to stop for you, but for some reason they don’t seem to want to! It’d be much better if the county implemented flashing lights and a button or whatever. But, don’t let that deter you, the place is amazing!!! And its only a 8 min walk to the beach, and 2 min drive if you’d rather drive instead!
Beautiful home with beautiful furniture. The location is quiet and you can bike to several eating spots. There were no bicycles provided like other rentals had. The house needs some small maintenance regularly instead of having things broken or not working, where the guests need to notify the management company. (Carpet stains, towel rack ready to fall off the wall, broken toilet seat and a loose faucet. The driveway looked as though someone spilled oil on it. Power washing needed). All minor issues. We would definitely recommend this property.

Thank you for your kind and constructive comments.
When we made our original reservation, it was showing the property on the other side of Hwy 98 on the Inlet Beach side. (Four different people in our group looked at the listing to confirm its location because we have been fooled before.) Then the pin was changed to the current location later after our reservation was made. Maintenance was called several times but only repaired one item out of five. Dishwasher was leaking and we were not able to use it the entire trip, washing machine kept giving a unbalanced load error so we had to wash a few things at a time. Some of the pots and pans were put away dirty, floors were dirty, locks on the upstairs bathrooms would not lock, bathroom door was off track and would not close or lock, the faucet din the upstairs master was completely loose. All of this was reported to management who did reimburse me for one night of our seven-night stay, which I did not feel was adequate (I ask for two nights reimbursement which I thought was more than fair), for the situations encountered. Needless to say, we want be staying here again!

It’s within walking distance of you don’t bring any chairs or wagons or kids LOL. If you have to lug anything to the beach it’s too far plus you have to cross a major intersection that is busy and fast cars zipping by. The house is not in good shape. The faucet in the “master” upstairs bathroom is not attached it is just hanging there. The toilet needs plunging after even one square of toilet paper is flushed hence why there is a plunger by every single toilet. The dishes and everything in the kitchen was filthy you have to wash everything before you use it. Cockroaches everywhere which its the beach I know. It looks like no one has ever dusted there ever piles of dust hanging from pictures so if you have allergies beware. The floor was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. The shower heads and showers have no pressure it takes forever to take a shower. The shower curtain in the “master” bathroom upstairs is disgusting with mildew orange and mold on it as well as the only bathtub in the house does not close for a bath. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms except the half bath had a 1/4 of a bottle. No hand soap at all in any other place. Half a roll of toilet paper one paper towel roll so bring your own stuff. For the amount we paid we shouldn’t have needed to buy or bring much but unfortunately I did not read all of the reviews. The hosts are non existent they do not write back nor do they answer. We left a day early not worth it spend a little more for a better rental.
