Frontline Villa 25, Modern Coastal Design with Amazing Views

FRONTLINE VILLA 25 has a south-facing terrace with a private saltwater pool which is heated in the winter. A solar pool cover can keep the water warm year round, depending on your temperature preferences. Enjoy al fresco meals with your loved ones under the perfect shade of the terrace awning, or lounge on the sunbeds with a cold drink by the pool and soak up the sun.

The brand new kitchen has all the appliances you could wish for to prepare your favourite dishes during your stay. We installed a very good quality water filtration system in 2023, at a cost of almost 5,000 euros. We did so because we care about our environment and want our guests to have easy and convenient access to clean drinking water.
Switch on the Nespresso machine whenever you feel like enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee. There is a laundry area with a washing machine next to the kitchen.

The spacious living room is furnished with an armchair and a large comfortable sofa. The indoor dining table can also be used as a workstation if required. The sliding doors bring the outside in and allow you to feel the ocean air. For evenings in, you will find a large flat-screen TV with international channels. The villa also has a super-fast fiber Wifi internet connection.

The upstairs master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed (2x2) and features a large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the amazing sea views, along with a new hanging chair to relax with a book while listening to the ocean waves.

On the same floor there is a second bedroom with a king-size bed (1.8x2) and bathroom with shower.

The third en suite bedroom is on the lower ground floor, offering a very large, bright and well-designed space with twin beds and a comfy sofa. Air conditioners are metered and require a 1-euro coin or a 2-euro coin.
