Home located in downtown Big Bay across from Draver Park. Home was built in 1926 as a school house, located on a large private 1+ acre lot. Plenty of room for vehicles, trailers and campers. Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ATV riding, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, and so much more awaits you. Thunder Bay Inn, Big Bay Lighthouse, Lumberjack Bar, Bay Cliff Health Camp, Huron Mountains, Perkins State Park, Thomas Rock, several trails, rivers and waterfalls to explore. Big Bay is 25 miles from Marquette, MI, only a 30 minute drive along County Road 550.
