Spent 3 nights at Driftwood Lodge with friends. Everything we needed for our 4 adult stay was there, easy check in, beautiful location. We really appreciated the serene and quiet neighborhood. Would be fun to go back with the grandkids - the house is well set up for kids of all ages.

Beautiful cabin, amazing views! Fantastic location to do the Virginia Creeper trail. The house was well stocked. An excellent vacation! The host, Melissa went above and beyond. She was very responsive and helpful with advice. Highly recommend, hope to return! Thank you for a great getaway!

We had a wonderful time. Certainly it was too short of a time. My mother has been fighting lung cancer and stated it was the best she has felt in over a year being out there. I was very appreciative of the communication of remaining informed as time progressed towards our check in. The house has everything you could possibly need beyond turn key, making it quick and easy to get settled in. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Driftwood Lodge, exploring Abingdon, biking on the trail, and hiking. The house is in a safe, beautiful location. The house is well-stocked and well-equipped for entertainment. We enjoyed the firepit, the game room, streaming a movie, sitting on the balconies, and walking through the neighborhood to the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Driftwood lodge. It was perfect for our group. It's in a quiet neighborhood with nice views of the lake. It's also very close to the Virginia Creeper trail, Abingdon and nice hiking areas. The cabin is very clean, spacious, and organized. It worked well for our group because we could be together or spend time in separate spaces. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to be back soon!

If I could award 10 stars, I would! The house is amazing; the view of the lake, the quiet of the neighborhood, and the unbelievable amenities in the house! My wife and I are Hilton Grand Vacation time share owners for more than 20 years, and we have stayed at some very luxurious Hilton resorts; NONE compare to the amenities and conditions at this house.Not only the expected fully equipped kitchen, but a kitchen that included spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, and every appliance imaginable to include an ice maker, a blender, a food processor, a mix master and more. Also, every cleaning supply you could ask for.Then - the bathrooms! All three have hotel grade shampoo, conditioners, body wash and hand-held shower wands! Luxurious towels galore with night lights in every bathroom and hallway.Then for recreation, a large canoe with paddles, life preservers for adults and the kiddos, a full size air hockey table and a kid size foosball table. Equipment for ping pong and badminton. Board games, cards games and more.The house includes 3 decks overlooking the lake (at dawn, it is spectacular) along with a separate raised deck with a fire pit and lots of chairs. There is a Weber charcoal grill and all the grilling utensils you could ever need.Did I mention separate AC/Heating for the main floor and upstairs bedrooms! Finally, the house was immaculate. WONDERFUL PLACE - WE WILL BE BACK.

Family Vacation at Lake Holston

Overall this is one of the better VRBOs that I have stayed at. The house is very nice, the property is well maintained and the area couldn’t be better. Very thankful for our host and their communication. We will be back!
