Great weekend get away. Only drawback, bring bottled drinking water due to the sulfur smell of the local tap water. Comfortable beds, large couch, stocked kitchen that is ready for cooking (if you want to do that! )

This apartment was large, quiet, and furnished with everything you could need. The location was great for getting together with relatives staying in Lake George. And we were able to bring our dog, which was a real plus.

This property is in a great location but was not as clean as we would have liked. This is a multi unit with shared walls and a door to shared laundry space. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking. It would have been nice to have a more secure lock on the door to the shared laundry space.

Great location to visit Lake Itasca. The amenities exceeded our expectations. There is a nice spot to swim in Lake George right down the road and there is a nice park there too.

Reunion stay

We were at a family reunion about 15 minutes from The Northwoods at Lake George. It was the perfect spot to be able to go back to after each day. It was comfortable and clean. Judith had great communication and was very accomodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the need arises.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were just what we needed to refresh and rejuvenate. It was in the perfect location for us to visit the headwaters of the Mississippi and play golf. While this is not officially considered a "Dark Sky" area, the view of the Milky Way and passing satellites was spectacular! Our host, Judith, was terrific and was proactive in communicating. I would definitely stay here again!
