Spacious open concept living at its finest! This Gorgeous third floor unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium that sleeps 8! Fully stocked kitchen, with stainless appliances! Everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal with the family! Wonderful living room, with lots of Natural lighting for winding down after a long day at the beach. Large Master bedroom hosts a king size bed and private bath. Guest bedroom host a Queen Bed and a second bathroom! The smaller kids will absolutely LOVE the bunk nook in the Hallway! Partial Gulf views from the living room balcony, or pool views from the private master and guest balconies! Your Oasis awaits! Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We provide plenty of pillows on each bed, extra sheets, plenty of towels, beach towels, extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

It’s a very good location,we enjoyed the unit but the master bedroom was on the 4th floor,that was was mentioned on the add or the pictures it was supposed to be 2 single beds and the beds where change to one queen bed it was inconvenient for our gest.

Fall break!

The condo was very nice! My grandkids loved the bunkbeds! Communication with property manager was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

Great Location

We had a wonderful time. A very family oriented small complex situated in close proximity to the beach. The unit we stayed in was so nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax and have a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again.
