We are centrally located in the historic Overlook neighborhood. You can be almost anywhere notable in Columbus or Fort Benning within 15 minutes of closing the apartment door.

Need to stretch your legs after a long day, feel free to do so as you enjoy the historic architecture in Overlook or drive a mile down the road and walk along the Columbus River Walk, either way you can't go wrong.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Spacious. The most comfortable beds. Laundry work well and was such a help to have. Easy parking. It was close to the Civic center and lots of other cool places. I recommend trying out Parlour donuts. Perfect stay for us.

Here’s a polished review you could post:We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches — every liquid soap (dish soap, hand soap, and shower products) was fully stocked, the hot water was plentiful, and there was both coffee and tea available, which is something you don’t often find. The hosts clearly pay attention to the little details that make guests feel comfortable. We would happily stay here again!If you’d like it to sound a little warmer and more enthusiastic, you could say:This was one of the most thoughtfully stocked and well-maintained Vrbos we’ve stayed in. The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. We appreciated that all the essentials were fully stocked, including dish soap, hand soap, and shower products. The hot water was great, and it was such a nice surprise to find both coffee and tea available—tea is often overlooked! It’s obvious the hosts take pride in providing a welcoming experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Everything seemed high end, well thought out, and clean/cozy in the apartment. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Just be aware that it’s on the second floor of a 4-plex with thinner floors with residents to the side and below you to be mindful of. We enjoyed our stay and I’d definitely stay again!

The inside of this apartment is very nice looking, clean, comfortable beds, towels provided, great kitchen. The owners were commucative and friendly. Only complaint inside the apartment was the air conditioning would get very loud, to the point it affected television volume and conversation. What I did not like was the apartment building externally was showing other windows missing blinds and dog feces all over when getting to the door from neighbors, not the apartment owners. The construction going on in another apartment was disruptive as well.
