Large luxury contemporary home located inside a private gated community (A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 6 private bedrooms 2 full baths. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools, playgrounds, paddle boats, mini golf, basketball, & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR & casinos

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: A large patio/deck w/ gas grill, dining table, swinging bench, and fire pit.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, pots, pans, wok, grill press, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance)

Guest access:

Seasonal access to, 4 swimming pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

This property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front and back of the house for security purposes. No indoor areas are monitored.

Fourth of July Vacation

Smooth check-in process. Lake was unfortunately closed at the time, but house assets allowed all of us to still have a great time regardless of the inconvenience. Would recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking to have a good time in the mountains.

Great house for large group!

I stayed at this house with a group of 10 adults plus children from infant to teenager. It was perfect for all. The game room was a huge hit and kept all the kids and adults entertained for hours! Family Vacation

Alex is a wonderful host he responded to our questions quickly. The kids truly enjoyed the game room. The house is very spacious for our party of 7 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs. Also the house was very clean and comfortable. A special treat was seeing deers up close and feeding them without having to leave the backyard. Lots of things to do that are within a hour or less drive.

Prom Vacation

We had such an amazing time! My friends and I struggled to find a renter who trusted us to take care of there home (as we are, a bunch of teenagers) But Alex did and gave us such an amazing, final vacation and getaway before we all graduated! The house was beautiful, the property was amazing and fulfilling for all of the things we needed. Weekend away with friends

This property had plenty of living/sleeping space for a large group of people (we slept 16 comfortably). We spent a lot of time in the game room and were very pleased with the kitchen stocked with all the supplies that we needed. We had to contact the owner twice to add another car to be let into the gate and they responded kindly and promptly. They even asked that we let them know that our friend made it in safely. From this location we were about 20-40 minutes away from Kalahari and Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski mountains. Owners were very laid back and we had a great time!

5 Star Pocono House

First of all, I just want to say thanks to the host for letting my friends & myself stay here. The house was beautiful, spacious, and appeared exactly how it was in the pictures. I booked with Alex to celebrate my graduation with some friends and we had a blast, genuinely. From grilling and making s’mores in the backyard, to all the meals cooked in the kitchen, listening to music, watching tv, and playing games in both the living room and game room, it is so much left to be said, but this experience was amazing and I am sure I will definitely return if I ever decide to come back to the Poconos. Once again, amazing job to this house and everything it brought along with it to make this milestone extra special and memorable💕💕💕.

So much potential in a convenient location!

Our host was so responsive with messages and was truly wonderful at addressing the issues and concerns we had regarding the property. The house rules and welcome letter were very helpful and I loved the welcome sign at the entrance (very fancy!) The property had ample space for all 16 of us (8 adults, 8 children). The kids (and adults) had a ball in the arcade and playing outside and on the back patio. There was plenty of space for us to dine together and to cook in the large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces. That being said, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property as there are a few items that needed repair or some TLC: one of the dials on the stove, the grill outside, the lights around the fire pit, the upstairs bathroom ceiling vent was hanging on by a thread (we had to reposition it in the ceiling), and the upstairs shower drain was inconsistent and would sometimes drain properly and sometime back up causing the water to pool and flood the bathroom if we weren't careful. Other less glaring things were the towels were of poor quality and left lint on your skin after a bath/shower. There also weren't enough hand towels or rags available for use. There were cobwebs in some corners. The screen door was also not secured well, allowing insects to fly in if the glass doors weren't closed well. The curtains for sliding doors were also coming off the railings. Overall the property is very spacious and welcoming and the host is very responsive and kind.
