2nd time to stay in this well put together property. The new boat house and deck is absolutely masterful. Beautiful job. Love having my boat out of the water and so close to the intracoastal. The place is adorable and nicely decorated. Love the 55” television. Will be back again.

Nice set up for a week/weekend for a fishing group. The slip and cleaning station was convenient. The temperpedic mattress was a nice surprise after a day on the water. Highly recommend.

The owner has done a beautiful job remodeling. The layout of the place was fantastic. First time to have a place with a boat sling. Was great having my boat out of the water. A/C was awesome during the hottest month of the year:) As a constructive request, it would have been nice to have the ROKU pin to be able to login and watch the Astros. Also would be nice to have Wi-Fi.

Old fish camp

This house needs some fixing up and paint. Carpet in the bathrooms and old unsafe stair cases. Parking is non-existant for use as a fisherman’s place.

Thanks for taking care of our rental , we hope to host you again soon. The unit has sold to another owner and they plan to completely remodel the down and up units making it a more desirable waterfront location.
