There is a Master Bedroom on the First Floor with easy access. There is a Secondary living area with game room and pool table on the Third floor for watching spectacular sunsets in the evening with a secondary kitchen and dining table with bar for enjoyment.

Parking for 4 vehicles

HEATED POOL w/ waterfall. Extra fee for heating pool.

View from the third floor overlooks the Gulf, nice view. Even though your across the street it’s great. Access to beach is just across the street. So really easy. Beach, pool, kitchen (had everything) house all made us feel at home. Tiki bar was cool. Will be back.

The description of the 3rd floor did not match. There was no master room on the 3rd floor. There was a room with king bed and a room with full bunk beds. There was not any extra bunk beds. But overall everything was great. Communicating with the owner was easy.
