Other things to note:

★ POOL ★
NOTE: POOL HEATING WILL BE ON FOR 12 HOURS BETWEEN 10AM TO 10PM FREE OF CHARGE. The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 83 to 85 degrees during your stay. If air temperature reaches under 40 degrees the pool heating will be shut off for protection. If there are any issues with the pool/spa please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ PARKING★
Max 6 to 7 cars allowed in front of the house If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy.

★ PETS ALLOWED FOR A FEE★
While we allow up to 2 pets for a fee during booking, please follow these rules to avoid a $1000 fine
-Do not use our bowls and utensils for your pets.
-Do not allow them on furniture or bed.
-Please clean up after them and use proper hygiene.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
Smart TV throughout and cable TV is installed and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in.

★ SECURITY★
There are two security cameras overlooking the front driveway, and backyard. They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 21 YEARS OLD. THE BOOKING PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY.
If police is called for disorderly conduct and loud music, you will be removed from premise immediately.

The entire house is for you to enjoy! Stay away from locked spaces!

Getting Around:
If you're staying in Gulf Shores proper, then bring along a bike or rent one at one of the many rental shops. If you’re peddling through the Gulf State Park, you can use the free bike share program. A unique concept, the free bike share program allows visitors age 16 and older to borrow a bike for up to three hours. You’ll find everything you need close by and traveling via two wheels is a fun way to get around. Or, drive a car / walk to local restaurants!
