This was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The house is so charming, beautifully decorated, perfect location and cozy. The pool and spa was relaxing and a great bonus. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We traveled with 6 adults to attend the Georgia and Oklahoma football game. The house was lovely. Very nice renovations. We loved the front porch. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. Beds were all comfortable. It was easy to walk to restaurants and Monroe is a cute town. We were only about 35 minutes from Athens and it was pretty easy getting there for game day. Communication with host was seamless. The check-in and check-out process were both very easy. Highly recommend.

House was as described in the historic district and is nicely remodeled. Pool was a nice added bonus as was the covered front porch. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking. We were there for a family reunion for 6 days and house was nicely located for trips to atlanta and athens. Patrick was quick to respond to our requests as well. Highly recommend this house if your travels take you to georgia.

Had a wonderful stay for a family wedding! Downtown Monroe was very close and had great restaurants. House was clean and well stocked and the pool is a great addition. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

In the area to attend graduation at UGA and wanted something with a bit more room for the family to spread out. This was the perfect choice. Nicely updated property with everything we needed. Quiet street that's just a short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are larger than expected, the bathrooms were great, and the front porch was a nice place to unwind.We enjoyed this place so much, we've already booked it for our next trip to Monroe.

Beautiful property

We stayed in Monroe for a wedding and this house was perfect! It was in between the 2 locations we would at and close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed visiting the Vintage Revival Antiques. LR Burger was delicious also.
