Had a wonderful stay for a family wedding! Downtown Monroe was very close and had great restaurants. House was clean and well stocked and the pool is a great addition. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

We stayed in Monroe for a wedding and this house was perfect! It was in between the 2 locations we would at and close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed visiting the Vintage Revival Antiques. LR Burger was delicious also.

This was our 2nd time staying here but this time they had the pool/hot tub. We spent a large amount of our visit at the UGA Football Game but after a very long day at a Game, the Hot Tub was the PERFECT ending to a day. The beds are comfortable and large and the house is cozy. Front porch coffee and conversation/ evening swim and soak. Perfect!!! The Host were quick to respond when we somehow got logged out and couldn't watch LSU/Clemson game. Check in/out was hassle free as well. We will definitely be back again and again.

We had a family wedding in Monroe GA. We rented this property and the one beside it. Jordan and Patrick were fabulous to work with. Both properties were clean and well outfitted. Easy walking distance to so much downtown. Great place to stay!

Perfect Spot for Graduation

We stayed here for our daughter’s UGA graduation. It is so well decorated and in a perfect spot. It was about a 25 minute drive to the stadium. Easy in and out from Monroe area. The house is so cute and we loved the front porch!

Charming house

We so enjoyed staying in your house. We were there for a funeral service but being able to walk to town was a major plus. The only suggestion we would have is a pad underneath the rugs, they moved around quite a bit.. we can’t wait to come back.

Why they chose this property

In November 2021, we purchased the Blue Bungalow. It had never been updated & was very dated... SOOO.... We spent a year completely remodeling the house, while still trying to maintain its historic appearance and uniqueness. WE LOVE THIS HOME! It's spacious, high quality, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax! We have decorated the house to feel like a historic beauty (including several antique pieces that we found in the shops in Monroe). Our personal favorite spot is the large front porch (also, the best place to enjoy morning coffee) & the back patio to relax!
