This large estate, located in the exclusive Toluca Lake neighborhood, has it all. Private pool (with automatic safety cover), in-pool Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace and dining, totally private flat yard and large deck with teak furniture and market umbrellas. It has top of the line amenities, appliances and furniture. Classic and comfortable, the house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Los Angeles, down the street from the Bob Hope Estate and other major celebrities. This estate is very close to most major movie and television studios, including Universal Studios, plus all of the major Hollywood attractions. The beaches of Santa Monica or Malibu are a 30-45 minute drive (with no traffic!) and there are several excellent public golf courses nearby.
Enjoy Los Angeles' world famous weather any time of year, with indoor-outdoor dining at home and strolls through the beautiful streets of Toluca Lake. Or walk a few short blocks and have dinner at one of the fabulous restaurants on the Boulevard, featuring excellent sushi, Italian, Brazilian, Thai or Mexican food.
