NEW TO VACATION RENTAL 2023! Enjoy 4 decks overlooking 10/10 views of the lake at mile marker 33 from this 8-bedroom, 6.5-bath vacation rental home located right on the shore of Lake of the Ozarks! Relax on one of the decks and watch the lake activities during the day and the lights reflecting off the water at night. This property is directly across from the World Famous “Shoot Out” Boat Race FINISH LINE. You can see virtually the entire race from the 4 massive decks overlooking the lake. The home boasts ALL the amenities you could ask for including 3 kitchens (main level kitchen has an oversized fridge), custom tiled showers, a private pool and hot tub, a dock (please note: there is no electric on the dock) with 2 boat slips, a swim platform, and a private boat launch only 400 yards away. This house has WIFI throughout, cable TVs, multiple living rooms with fireplaces, a game room with Foosball and Shuffleboard, and multiple dining areas. You will find the cooking basics, coffee makers, a dishwasher, blender, dishware & flatware, a Crockpot, ice makers, microwaves, a toaster, stove/oven, and an over-sized refrigerator

Four of the bedrooms are appointed with king beds, one bedroom has a queen, bedroom 6 has two twin beds. Bedroom 7 has two sets of twin bunks plus two queen beds and bedroom 8 has two queen beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. There is also a crib and pack ‘n play available.

Take advantage of all the outdoor living space has to offer: a seasonal pool, hot tub, private boat dock, 2 boat slips (10’x24’) for guest use, paddle board, covered decks with outdoor seating & dining areas, rocking chairs, gas grill, lounge chairs, and the epic lake views!

The two-car garage is available for guest use and there is plenty of parking for about 8 or 9 more vehicles. There is also room for your RV or trailer on the grassy pad adjacent to the home. If that is still not enough parking, there is additional trailer parking about 300 yards up the hill from the home. Guests are also welcome to use the community boat ramp.

The home has a beautiful view of lake, Home needs a deep cleaning, cobwebs and dust everywhere, decks need attention as lower deck is slippery with algae and one guest slipped and fell. Dock needs power and pool could use heat, it was unusable without it. Hot tub would not heat beyond just warm. But we truly had a great time, layout is great for a lot of family or friends. Lots of space.

A Perfect Home for Reunions!

The layout, the room count, the bathroom count…all perfect for a comfortable and private experience for all family members. We had conversations/music going on the top level while kids were sleeping peacefully on the middle level. The home and views were stunning. The jacuzzi and pool was perfect for those who weren’t comfortable jumping in the lake. However, the location of the house made the lake a very private experience as well. I think we may have seen no more than 10 boats our entire trip go by. We felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. The only suggestion I have is a bit more cleaning in some of the indoor living spaces and around the jacuzzi deck area. Other than that, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchens were very clean! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Nice choice, great location for LARGE group

This house was meant for LARGE groups. We had 21 people ranging from infant to age 73! Everyone has their space and the multiple kitchens were ideal. Games at the house were nice. Location on the lake was perfect. Easy to access some great eating and recreation spots or find a cove to chill out for an afternoon. Water was calm and not a lot of traffic - even on weekend. Seemed to be more of a residential/family area vs high reaper traffic. Pool was good for the little one - cold, not heated - and small. Hot tub was not working when we stayed. Paddle board needed work - starting sinking when we tried it. No paddle boat was there as mentioned in the description. Two slip covered dock was great! Management company was AWESOME - very communicative and fast responses if we had a concern or questions. For larger parties wanting to cook some of their meals - I’d recommend taking large electric skillet and a grill or waffle iron for pancakes/waffles. Coffee pot didn’t work while we were there - but management said they would take care of that. I’d highly recommend visiting Captain Ron’s for good food and a beach/play area for kids. Both adults and children enjoyed. The Cave was another amazing place we discovered on the last day with a pool in a cave (so cooler and refreshing reprieve from the sun, and the pool lead to swim up bars and tables. Overall great space and stay for our large family!
