About this property

Legacy House: Roomy and wheelchair accessible house near the mountains.

You will have the entire private house to yourself, including a private yard and large kitchen.This single-level home is within 20 minutes of the airport, downtown dining and nightlife, skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, and more! The home is single level with easy access for wheelchairs. The kitchen has everything you need from large frig to Wolf gas stove. The dining table easily seats 8. The neighborhood is in a safe, quiet suburban area. The laundry room is large and bright. The 3 bedrooms are large. The back yard is private with wicker seating and propane bbq. There are two full bathrooms. We have a 3 night minimum stay, but are flexible for special needs. Just installed a tankless water heater…never run out of hot water! We have a manual wheelchair to borrow or a power chair to rent. There is a recliner in the LR.

Absolutely amazing host!! We had just left the hospital after getting a major transplant surgery and the house is perfectly set up for any one with disabilities (walker, wheelchair, etc.) very homey and well kept! Highly recommend.

The property was perfect to relax and recover from a major transplant surgery. Much bigger than what I needed for a four week stay but worth it in the end. Tracy is a wonderful host who promptly answered my questions and resolved any concerns. The outdoor seating and grill was perfect for a family gathering and the fenced yard provided space for yard games and room for the little ones to play. Nice area, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Overall top marks to Tracy for her hospitality and making this home available.

Paul and Natalie were delightful guests. The communicated well and followed all the house rules. They were so gracious dealing with me when the refrigerator broke and we found a temporary one until the new one came. I’m happy that Paul had a nice place in which to recover from his surgery.

Great location with easy access to both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons, plus plenty of nearby dining and grocery options. The kitchen is well-appointed, the space is roomy, and the beds are comfortable. The large outdoor areas and beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains.

Clean house in great location

We enjoyed our stay here for our annual guys ski trip. The location to access both canyons was great. The house was clean and well stocked. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future trips.

Perfect Cozy House

My daughter stayed here for her birthday party and she said the house was amazing. She said the house was very cozy and cute and an amazing house to stay in. The host was also great and was very easy to communicate to!
