-South Ferry that goes to Shelter Island & North Fork (5 minute drive)
-Private beach at the end of Sunset Rd (3 min bike ride or 12 min walk)
Outdoor space includes a gas grill and large teak dining table with umbrella. Property is very private and backs up to a 30 acre reserve.
